Pearce serves as the Deputy Chairman (Political) of the Hackney Conservative Federation.

He has served as the Party's candidate for North East London, which includes Hackney, at the 2024 London Assembly elections. He also previously contested Brownswood Ward in the London Borough of Hackney elections in 2022.
